- Mr. Wilson is a proven trial lawyer with a diverse practice defending Fortune 500 firms, regional businesses, and individuals in product liability and tort cases involving personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability and property damage, and commercial litigation.

- Mr. Wilson earned his law degree, cum laude, from Georgia State University after receiving his undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia. In law school, Mr. Wilson was a member of the Moot Court Board and was the recipient of the Most Outstanding Advocate Award, selected to the Outer Barrister's Honorary Society, and was the recipient of American Jurisprudence Awards in Constitutional Law and Litigation. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Wilson obtained valuable business experience working for investment bank Bear Stearns, and consumer products manufacturer Proctor & Gamble.

- Mr. Wilson is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and Colorado, and is admitted to the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and all state and federal courts in Georgia. He is a member of and has served on several committees for the State Bar of Georgia. He is also a member of several professional organizations including the Defense Research Institute, American Bar Association, and the Lawyers Club of Atlanta. He has held leadership positions in numerous civic organizations including member of the Board of Directors for national conservation advocacy group, The Access Fund, the Shepard Spinal Center Junior Committee and Board of Advisors to the Discovery Program at Westminster School.
